2016 Prep Classic Poster Contest Winner

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) and Raising Cane’s congratulate Anna Wright, a sophomore of Breaux Bridge Senior High School, for winning the 2016 LHSAA Prep Classic Poster Contest!

Anna’s artwork will serve as the official poster and program cover for the 2016 Allstate Sugar Bowl Prep Classic and she will be featured in the souvenir program for the event.  She will be recognized during halftime of the Class 4A championship game with her Art teacher, Ron S. Burdick, principal Louis Blanchard, Allstate Sugar Bowl and Superdome representatives. Anna will receive overnight accommodations in New Orleans and VIP passes to enjoy the Prep Classic in a LHSAA suite. She will also enjoy a $100 prize compliments of the LHSAA and free Raising Cane’s for a year.

Anna Wright is a fifteen-year-old sophomore at Breaux Bridge Senior High School and the daughter of Tricia Wright and Steven Wright. She is a student in the St. Martin Parish Gifted Art Program and has been involved in this program since the fifth grade. After graduation she plans to attend college at Loyola University New Orleans or the University of Lafayette. Her aspiration is to pursue a degree in Education or Art to achieve a future career as an Art teacher.

The LHSAA thanks all students who entered artwork for this contest.  The following top four (4) runner-ups will be given a gift basket on behalf of Raising Cane’s:
