BATON ROUGE, LA (Nov. 26, 2012) – The Louisiana High School Athletic Association’s (LHSAA) 2012 high school football playoff brackets were released earlier this month. The top teams in the state will continue to battle for a state title in the 2012 LHSAA/State Farm Prep Classic on December 7 and 8 in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA.
This year’s championship game times have been moved back one hour to better accommodate spectators. Games will begin Friday, Dec. 7, 2012 at 4 p.m. The complete LHSAA State Farm Prep Classic schedule is listed below:
Friday, Dec. 7, 2012:
- 4 p.m. – Class 1A State Championship
- 8 p.m. – Class 4A State Championship
Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012:
- 12 p.m. – Class 2A State Championship
- 4 p.m. – Class 3A State Championship
- 8 p.m. – Class 5A State Championship
Ticket prices for general admission to all games will remain the same—$13 in advance or $16 the week of the game. General admission includes all sections of the plaza level including the bunker section.
Fans also have the option to purchase reserved seats in the Loge Level, or second level. Loge Level tickets are $16 in advance and $19 the week of the game. The entire loge sections are reserved and are observed by ushers.
The final ticket option for the Prep Classic is suite level tickets, which are $25 per ticket in advance or the week of the game. All LHSAA State Farm Prep Classic ticket options are listed below:
General Admission: $13 advance and $16 week of the game
Loge Level: $16 advance and $19 week of the game
Suites: $25 advance and week of the game
Tickets are currently on sale to the public and can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome’s Box Office.
Participating teams will have advance tickets for sale at their schools the week of the game.
